One-piece spray products

The insert has been fully integrated in the spray cap or actuator. The product is moulded in one single moulding shot. No assembly is required. Different stem fits and orifices are offered, so the spray can always meet your requirements.

Patented channel design

The products have an in-moulded spray nozzle and break-up unit. The spray orifice of the button is positioned just about the stem to optimise the control and performance when activating the aerosol. The particles are accelerated into a swirling pattern.

Excellent spray

In the spray lab extensive research has been done about particle sizes and spray characteristics. The Integrated Spray technology ensures a maximum spray performance for many different markets and product applications.

Ergonomic actuation

The ergonomically shaped finger recess area has been positioned conveniently and transfers the actuation force effectively to the aerosol system. The products have a good grip to complement the ergonomics.

Recyclable as one part

The lightweight products consist of only one material and can be recycled as one part, honouring the environment. The over caps of the actuators can be produced in the same material.

Clean dispensing

The optimised functionality ensures a clean dispensing. No drips. No mess. No clogging. An ever clean orifice is guaranteed. This hygiene is especially relevant for Food applications. Even on top-down bottles, the closures remain clean.

Fully controlled dispensing

This technology offers an optimum consumer convenience. The valve opens gradually whilst squeezing the bottle. As soon as the pressure is released, the orifice is closed off immediately. For every content and viscosity we have the right dispensing solution.

Extra features

The closures can be fitted with several features, such as a tamper evident function to prove first usage. If requested, induction heat seal liners are available even as slots for hot fill application. The closures are also offered with many different non-valve orifices.

Ultrasonic welding

The ultrasonic welding technique is used for the assembly of the valve. This process uses ultrasound instead of heat. It is very efficient and saves energy. There are no soldering materials or adhesives necessary to bind the different materials together.

Patented design

The silicon material has a memory for long-term seal quality and the opening/closing mechanism. Good temperature resistance is another advantage to give excellent dispensing characteristics for a wide range of viscosities and product applications.

One-piece injection moulded tube

Plasticum developed a technology to manufacture squeeze tubes with an integrated closure and In-Mould-Label by two-component injection moulding. Tube body and closure are fused together and the conventional neck and shoulder have been eliminated.

Integrated closure and In-Mould-Label

Decoration is done by In-Mould-Labelling, further enhancing the product through high quality imaging. The product including In-Mould-Label is produced in one single moulding step. The flexibility is high thanks to easy changeovers of labels.

Up to 40% less material

The conventional tube shoulder has been eliminated completely. This new packaging concept offers substantial advantages for material savings and the environment. Injection moulding Clubes also means less waste and rejects during processing.

Design freedom

Clube stands for design freedom. Distinguishing features and unconventional designs that seemed to be impossible in the past now become reality. Think about non-cylindrical shapes such as triangle or square, but also extra features such as two-compartments.

A unique material formulation and innovative tooling techniques make it possible to produce this new packaging concept. The design and process have been patented to protect the integrated closure and tube solution.
